Unable to perform a Full Duplex operation

I am able to receive the data from the Custom HID device. But I am not able to write the data to the device. Does this CH559 have the functionality to send data back to the HID device? If yes please help I am confused

I get this when I try to send the via Serial Monitor in Arduino

Example Code that was used is ArdionoHostToSerial This is the error :

No COMMAND Received 0x36 0x42 0x20 No COMMAND Received 0x36 0x32 0x20
