Unable to flash via android phone & multiple browsers

Hi, I had luck a while ago but now I cannot flash via the url

I tried everything, 4 browsers (edge, firefox, opera, samsung). Rebooting, clearing cache etc. But I do not get the bluetooth popup menu anymore...

On my windows pc I only get it with edge...

Is there anything else I can do or overlook on my android phone?
