Blurbs

"Blurbs" are the working title of user-configurable bot messages. These would be simple text blocks that a user can make the bot say using a custom-defined command, with an extra invoke syntax to filter out false-positives and prevent conflicts with true bot commands. One simple idea would be to require typing the current prefix twice to activate a blurb, e.g.

SomeUser: -blurb yummy "Mmm-mmm, good!" bot: Added blurb "yummy" SomeUser: --yummy bot: Mmm-mmm, good!
