I am considering adding these notes to TT 4.C under Step 2.B

o For modal dialog boxes, keyboard focus should remain within the modal dialog box until it is closed, per 4.F. However, check for keyboard traps in the dialog. o If a section of a page requires input or interaction before allowing focus to progress to the rest of the page, this is not a failure.

Anything similar to be added to this baseline?
