visualfx performance problems indoors

Will try to reproduce:
- Fog Tower Gothic 1
Results (default settings, no dynamic shadows, torch equipped, torches inside cave are burning):
- i7 3820 @4,3 & R9 280: Could not reproduce: min fps inside: 70-80, outside: about 100
Yea exactly tower by the beach. Maybe it's happening only on AMD card ? But i doubt it.
It's not happending on my AMD card. I'll try it on my laptops Intel and NVidia card. Maybe its a CPU problem. Whats your system specs (CPU, GPU) ?
i5 2500k 4.5 ghz 16 gb ram game on ssd it was happening on r9 280x, 16.7 driver i think i latest check, now i have rx 470
Well still happening, what i noticed when entering those areas causing a problem the gpu usage is going all the way to 0-2% and now i have gpu clocked at 300 mhz(just idle). Cpu usage is around 30%.
What is most annoying it's happening only in G1, in G2 there are no any problems, game is fully stable and i can play whole day withot any crash/fps drops etc.
