Proxy sometimes Hangs on Windows port

Somehow on random times it hangs for me and it can only be fixed by relaunching the proxy. I run the proxy on my micro server 24/7 to serve my retro electronics

the proxy version is this WebOne Proxy Server 0.16.2 on Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.18363.0

Hopefully i am not the only one experiencing this bug
