Not all temples work.
Certain templates of temples will always stagnate, even if you have enough mutton in the chest.
Confirmed on aztec template.
This will be resolved on the Rivendell server immediately. The next plugin release will contain this fix.
If you need it now, you can pull the four template files in the above commit and replace the ones in your
