Error loading towns after server restart/crash

Good afternoon. I am using a plugin MineTexas 1.8 Beta 7 ( https://github.com/ataranlen/civcraft/tree/1.8-dev-1.11.2 ) After restarting or crashing the server, the towns that built some buildings (UPD: This is not related to buildings, but related to talents) stop loading from the database. Information disappears in the line "Towns" in /civ info (/civ show). Private and everything else also disappears. Please help me solve the problem. 2020-07-13_19-07-56
