completed downloads were not moved

Hi,

First of all thanks for your docker-compose with explanation, it's awesome. I think that i have a mistake somewhere, or i didnt follow properly the instructions.

all works fine in my ubuntu server downloading external drive but when the qbittorrent complete their requests, it should move it to the plex directory or other app do this action. but it never happens

apologize my english if you need some extra info I can replied asap, it would be great finish thia project :)
