[📑 Docs]: UX feedback for improving mobile experience

What Dev Docs changes are you proposing?

@skatikia on the Postman product design team reached out to me after going through the docs on mobile and pointed out some areas that we can potentially improve the mobile experience.

Here are the points he mentioned:

• Can we move the Found an error? message to the bottom of the page instead of keeping it below the main header? Feels odd as I haven't been through the entire content yet to spot an error.
• Can we collapse the contribute section into an expandable accordion? For pages with less content, this feels like the main content and for pages with more content, this feels like a note. So perhaps telling users about how they can contribute can follow an intention of contributing?

I agree that making these changes will provide a better reading experience on mobile devices and wanted to make sure that I brought this up to the community.

We have some improvements to things like the TOC and Docs navigation on mobile as well, just for reference in case these two issues become related in any way: #878
