Update https://www.asyncapi.com/about with latest info

Current About page https://www.asyncapi.com/about is outdated:

• it doesn't explain what AsyncAPI Initiative is
• nothing about handling spec and tools
• mention only 2 folks that maintain it, but it is not true anymore, we have lots of regular contributors, and TSC that manages the initiative under Charter agreed with Linux Foundation

So yeah, it needs some update, and first suggestion what should actually get there

for the contributors, how about we folks who are visible on readme along with TSC? can we use something which pulls contributors from the readme and adds to the website? (idk if it's technically possible, just an idea. I'll search about it) we don't have to update website everytime a new contributor gets added to the readme that way

I don't think we need all of these people listed, TSC/Maintainers/Contributors in About page. This list would be super long 😄 . I think it is just better to explain just what these terms mean, and just link to proper resources if available. You might want to join this PR -> https://github.com/asyncapi/website/pull/828
