[FEATURE] Translation for other pages

Why do we need this improvement?

Currently, the AsyncAPI website only provides translation support (Deutsch) for the homepage. This limits accessibility and usability for non-English speakers when navigating other important sections of the site.

How will this change help?

Improves the UX for a wider audience by reducing language barriers.

How could it be implemented/designed?

1. Identify priority pages for translation (Tools, Blog etc).
2. Extend the existing i18n setup to support Deutsch across all major pages.
