• now only board members will be able to call a vote -> @asyncapi/governance-board team. Update https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/.github/workflows/vote-verifcation.yml
• have a way to track when somebody was appointed a board member and automatically ping the board that an election is upcoming. Probably @asyncapi/governance-board team can be treated to indicate who is board member, and existing email functionality can be used to send out reminder that election is needed. Reminder needs to go out around April next year, that additional 2 board members elections need to be organized

@derberg can you please elaborate on the 2nd point. When exactly do we have to ping the board, and where should we ping them. Also, by reminder, do you mean the initial ping or an additional ping/email, maybe some time before April?

@princerajpoot20 this is not yet clear and well defined to be workable. Board just started working and we are figuring things in practice
