Real upload interface and configurable parameters
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current data upload panel is simply transferring the text to the front end, which has many limitations. The interface requires a real upload tool with basic functionalities.
On the other hand, it would be nice if some of the configurations of the upload tool can be customized. One example includes changing the file upload limit of the tool.
