Some project configs are not working yet

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new project
2. Add the ontology
3. Now you can change the project configs (see screenshot)
4. Only is_shown and layout_configs are working. The other configs are not implemented yet.
