Still working fine in 2018 with kernel 4.14.83; Gentoo Ebuild

Not an issue, just wanted to let others know that this still works fine.

Gentoo Linux (stable, up-to-date as of 12/12/18) Arch: amd64 / x86_64 Kernel: 4.14.83

Compiles without errors, card reader works as expected.

I created an ebuild for Gentoo Linux (extract to local overlay): rts5139-ebuild-gentooo.tar.gz
