Issue when run on IE

When run this demo for this pluggin on IE, i found problem when use scroll horizontal bar : Error occur after release mouse, and positon of horizontal bar move wrong position.

@asvd : IE 11 ( 11.0.27) I think many IE version had same problem. Because IE include scroll bar in div which to drag.

@giangvt I am using IE 11.0.38 with the lastest version of dragscroll (as of this post) and had no problems.
