disable text ellipsize in ShouldExpand="true"

hi I want show full text after set ShouldExpand="true" and if tabs bigger than screen size show only can visible tabs and on scroll over tabs (i.e : right to left) tabs exit from right of screen and insert other tab from left of screen .

How i can do this ?
