Content of the property <IsophotalFlux>

After the Jan.2020 release The property <IsophotalFlux> does not use the variance vaues for the error estimate, but a derived Poisson noise value. Also, the property retrieves error values, but the filtered ones, which might not be ideal. Needs to be sorted out.
