Fixes handling of WCS by the JWST s3d loader

The unit test works as long as the file is local. When loading from a Box redirect link, we get this error (I tried with a freshly uploaded file):

Input object does not appear to be an ASDF file or a FITS with ASDF extension

This sounds like a separate issue that should be addressed separately.
