Launch campaign

As mentioned in Astropy Coordination Meeting 2025...

@kelle: specreduce team should start thinking about a launch campaign but not there yet. @eteq said we could learn from PypeIt efforts.

Workshop ideas (adopt PypeIt workshop model?):

Fully remote - two hour session with N breakout rooms.
Too early for specreduce workshops - can start after flux calibration is implemented.
6-12 month timeline for specreduce v2.0/Narwhal. - maybe join March/April (2026?) workshop.
