NumFOCUS code of conduct: Upstream "case law" examples

tl;dr -- Astropy adopted NumFOCUS code of conduct but also added specific examples (discussed extensively in #669 and Astropy Coordination Meeting 2025). Perry Greenfield suggested that these examples could be generalized and moved upstream to NumFOCUS code of conduct proper.

I like this idea; but I'm a little fearful of how long it will take. The NumFOCU CoC group is not as active as I would like and I'm not sure that writing more documents (as opposed to actually work on complaints coming in) is the best use of their time right now. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be done - just that I'm not going to push for that right now in the NumFOCUS CoC group.
