Add Vizier tutorials to search results

Include tutorials hosted by Vizier into our search results.

@bsipocz , can you please point us to the Vizier tutorials? A quick search on the Internet did not show me anything promising as of 2025-07-07. Thank you!

Most if not every vizier catalog comes with a usage notebook. (There is no public repo for them, they are generated automatically on the backend for the given vo query, check for them on the web UI)

I don't use Vizier so not sure if I am looking at the right place here. This is what I see but I don't see any notebooks. Hope you can point me to the right direction. Thanks!
