Reorganize and add topic keywords

Also make sure keywords are in the UAT. (http://astrothesaurus.org/thesaurus/alphabetical-browse/ and http://astrothesaurus.org/thesaurus/autocomplete-widget/).

I see three major categories, but I don't know the best names for them. Here are some examples:

• Category 1 (package): astroquery, obsplan, matplotlib, scipy
• Category 2 (function): contour plots, histogram, errorbars, fitting
• Category 3 (science): radio, xray, physics, dynamics

One question is whether or not to divide up astropy project packages from the rest. I lean towards yes. So maybe: "Python Package" and "Astropy Package"?

Should we consider having a separate keyword category for visualization? This category would include the currently used keywords: scatter plot, contour plot, error bars, color bar, and histogram.

@stephtdouglas and I have made lots of progress on the keywords during PyAstro19! One area we didn't touch much was the Companion Content keywords. They still need attention.

Things still left to do:

• [ ] companion content
• [ ] decide on order of keywords and reorder. Alphabetical or by decreasing use.
• [ ] add number of uses to each keyword. (eg., coordinates (5))
• [ ] add viz category?
• [ ] get rid of file input/output?
