Create a new .github/CODEOWNERS (https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners) as @jonathansick suggested in https://github.com/astropy/astropy.github.com/pull/525#issuecomment-1457201757

Hi @pllim, I would like to to contribute this part. What I have to do, is just create an empty file or write the name of the code owners as well.
