@DaisyLiu-AAO HI! regarding the W8 form (I don't know what your question is) but it should be the W8Ben form if you are not in the US and it should be easy to fill in. For the PI email and contact that is fine when the form goes through they will contact me ask for the specific person from the committee and forward it to John to read through and approve. (at least that one is no big deal). Hope that helps let me know if you need anything else.
@DaisyLiu-AAO Hi! As you can tell from the NumFocus emails we are having a bit a of trouble setting this one up. Would it be possible to set up a meeting with you and/or @NuriaLorente to figure out what your timeline is for this project to see what our next steps would be.
Please suggest some times that work for you (we are on New York time)

At our meeting on Sep 15/16, we decided to hold off on this activity until our next NASA award so we can setup a subaward.
Now that the new NASA grant has been awarded is there a timeline for setting up this subaward?
We've been emailing @NuriaLorente requesting needed documents to setup the subaward but haven't heard back. @NuriaLorente , @DaisyLiu-AAO : Could you let us know if y'all plan to move forward with this? Please email [email protected] and [email protected] ASAP.
@kelle Sorry, @DaisyLiu-AAO has been on leave (which maybe why you haven't been getting replies?), @NuriaLorente is replying to the email from yesterday (AU time).
I think we should close this issue and open a new one indicating a 2 year period of performance and an updated amount funded from the ROSES24 grant.
