The Issue or Context

Users have asked for clarification about how billing is calculated for using Hybrid Astronomer with Cosmos among other Astro Hybrid billing questions.

Fix or Proposed Change

We need to make a hybrid section in the Manage Billing Astro Doc. In this doc we need a section or tip that directs users to the Cosmos github repository and to explain that the conditions where 1 task run

Something like:

Please note that for billing purposes multiple mapped Tasks generated from a Dynamically Mapped Task or running a DBT model with a Cosmos DbtTaskGroup would be treated as a single Task.
