schedular restarting issue

Recently I encountered that the scheduler restarting a bit frequently for deployment https://cll0nj92h00iu01j51htnafwh.astronomer-stage.run/dkvggim6/home

The scheduler does not appear to be running. Last heartbeat was received 56 seconds ago.

The DAGs list may not update, and new tasks will not be scheduled
