Set urgency hint on window when a query has a new unread

Hello,

I started using astroid and it's a very nice piece of software. Kudos to the team. One feature that I think would be cool would be to set the urgency hint on the astroid window when one of the queries displayed has a new unread email.

It would help focus directly the astroid window when this happens.

Hi, yes, I think that would be useful. Should be configurable I think. I do not have the chance to implement this at the moment, but would be happy to review a PR.

I intended try to propose something in the coming weeks. But my C++ skills are very very rusty.
