Selecting data with the option to clip data outside the viewbox should probably only select data that is actually visible inside the viewbox.

The anti-aliasing of 3-d scatter markers can lead to interesting effects: It would be good to see if we can make this produce nicer output.

The isosurface viewer is now very out of date. The current isosurface directory should be removed, and instead we should add an isosurface rendering option to the current volume viewer....

We should make sure that we show a warning if the user selects 1024 or 2048 as the cube resolution for volume rendering, since this requires a lot of memory!

When loading a session file with gray points that are transparent, they appear as white instead of actually being transparent. This seems to happen when points are very close to...

At the moment if one presses any buttons other than the record button, the recording stops. We should make it so that the recording continues until explicitly stopped.
