What do you mean? For a given acknowledgment, there must be a single URL? If so, that's a completely different code. :-)

Given the low number of submission of new entries, one might want to consider a little server where people can automatically enter new stuff, without needing to make PR, which can be considered quite complicated for people unfamiliar with the matter. With Heroku, that could be basically free. My two cents. :-)
