[PTF12dam] Misattributed Data

PTF12dam has many photometry points attributed only to the OSC itself. I believe these are actually from Vreeswijk et al. (2017). This may just be a coincidence, but both the Vreeswijk et al. paper and the OSC paper appeared in the same issue of ApJ.
