DIRECTML support

Would it be possible to support DirectML? I wish I knew enough about python to try it myself but the reason I am asking is that it would allow the system to hopefully run on AMD GPUs as well. Even cheap commodity AMD Ryzen APUs. From my experience they pack a fair amount of AI processing (when I tested it with stable diffusion)
