Some suggestion for the README

First, the installation documentation is not on docs/install.rst as described. As a suggestion, a link to nbviewer for the jupyter files would be useful, something like this. Also, the license is on LICENSE, not licenses/license.rst, which has a BSD 2-clause, not a 3-clause as in the README. Finally, all the documentation and examples should probably go on one root folder, or even in Github's own wiki.

It would be nice as well if you could add somewhere a link to the paper presented at ADASS XXVII -if possible.
