Feature request: settings icon (gear / cogs)

First of all, thank you for this awesome icon set, it’s extensive and imo looks better than most (open source or otherwise).

Is gear / cogs icon possible to make?

This is essential! Also there is no star icon!

There is also no Save icon, which is weird because it is one of the most used/recognized ones.

This would be a really, really great icon to have added to the pack. A settings icon is a must-have for many applications. @astrit are you still adding icons?
