.desktop files instead of document export?

in the description it says read only access to google documents but i only have a link to the file after mounting, which is almost the same behavior that the standard fuse driver behave in gnome(ok there you get a silly webpage instead of the link ytou get here but still you dont have the actual file. . apologies if i misunderstood the scope of this software

I have the same error:

  1. Install ubuntu 23.10.1 on a new PC.
  2. Install google-drive-ocamlfuse
  3. Try to open a "My-Document-name.desktop" file.
  4. GEdit (texteditor) shows up with the content of the "My-Document-name.desktop" as a text file with "[Desktop Entry]...".
