Fast copying to, slow copying from

As the title says, it's quite fast at copying to it but slow when copying from. Browser downloads are still fast.

Any idea or configuration option? I have a job that periodically copies to it, could it be affecting this?

For reference I can copy files to GDrive at the speed of 10MB/s, but get them at less than 1MB/s
