Upload Error for file the 11gb, Dr

The error happens when transferring larger files like this, the transfer bar starts fast but slows down until it stops completely, below is my current configuration. If you can help me please, thank you very much. image

Update I: noticed that whenever an error happens, it's around 4.2~4.6gb transferred to cache folder. Update II: I managed to make it work, but only with "stream_large_files=false"'. Whenever the command is enabled, transference (download) results in an error.
