Release the latest merged PR

Hello,

I think the latest merged PR are not released right?

When I get the phar with

curl -LO http://pestle.pulsestorm.net/pestle.phar

I don't have their changes, is it done on purpose?

The release process is a little informal -- but generally I keep track of things I'd like to work on most in this Milestone: https://github.com/astorm/pestle/milestone/19 I also add finished PRs from other folks to that Milestone once they're done.

Once we get to around "10 things done" (give or take depending on the size/importance of the things), I cut a release.
