incremental update

Do you have a plan to solve client incremental update, in especial Window version? Every update new version spends too many time because it's size is too big.

I didn't think of this problem before but that is a good point.

Do you have something particular in mind?

I won't have a lot of time to work on this but I'm welcoming PR though.
