Add _available from version_ notes to some AMI Actions

In case of https://github.com/asterisk/documentation/issues/95 would be great to be able to see in the documentation information about which minor versions the functionality is available.

As example the DBGetTree AMI Action available with Asterisk 16.28 and 18.14 only.

It's a good suggestion. I've opened an internal issue to investigate this but it would be quite a bit of work. We'd actually have to scan the git history for each source file then update that source file to include the date. I'm not sure when we'd be able to get to it.

@7-zete-7 We've now added version information to most of the following...

AMI Actions
AMI Events
Dialplan Applications
Dialplan Functions
Module Configuration Objects
Module Configuration Options

There may still be some missing in those categories because we couldn't determine a version automatically. We'll need to do those individually as they are identified.

We also still need to do AGI Commands and ARI.
