docs: update the way re-export-as are handled

We need to handle re-exported types that are not in their parent's file, for example:

• systemd properties which need to be included in the docs are located at resource/systemd/unit/systemd_properties.go
• these same systemd properties are re-export-as fields in the resource/systemd/unit/preparer/go` Resource struct
