Population at 9-digit zip code?

It's claimed here that the population is available at 9-digit zip code level. However, when you click on the census report and being directed to here. You can only retrieve population at 5-digit zip code instead of the promised 9-digit zip code.

Is this a glitch? The census.gov does not seem to have population at 9-digit zip code either.

Didn't work on this project myself, but I've never seen Census data at that level. Seems like it would raise confidentiality concerns, since some nine-digit ZIP codes identify specific buildings and even specific recipients.

@derekeder et al.: Any thoughts on what was intended here?
