[Email]Gmail oauth token doesn't work sometime

Sometime sending email with the Gmail oauth token doesn't work, despite access and refresh tokens are renewed. The flow needs to restart again first

Needs to be investigated. Was this because the flow wasn't installed or something else?

Retest on 2 July

On 3 and 4 July it still works fine.
