No Alert during error

I was following this https://github.com/assimbly/gateway/wiki/tutorial-debugging-a-flow tutorial but could not get alert. I am on version 4.0.4.

I am using Windows 11. And it has same behavior in Linux too (RedHat 8.8). Thanks.
