[Enhancement] Entrylist

Add an option to paste raw json data. Sometimes the import option does not work as it forces you to load all the json, especially bop.json you have to take into account that not all servers have the same configuration. Also keep in mind that the entrylist can be passed to you and loading one by one is usually a waste of time and cumbersome work.

Or we make the files optional so you don't have to add all of them.

An enhancement of this enhancement: what about a UI for populating the entrylist? I think it would be quite a project, but I would love to have a web interface that I can expose to people to sign-up for an endurance race with multiple drivers per car, multi-class where I can limit the number of public signups (to try to get an even split of GT3/GT4), etc.

I see there are 3rd party web services that kinda do this (like RaceApp.eu), but all the ones I've tried I find to be quite clunky and it would be great to have something running locally.

Hi Kugelschieber,

It would also be nice to be able to just import a new Entrylist for an existing server (sometimes guestteams or late registrars are added). So we don't have to delete the Server and import all the other config files.
