jCrop as cropping feature
Hi assembler,
what do you think of implementing "jCrop".
jCrop is an free jQuery small lib which does capture the coordinates of a picture, by drag and drop the canvas. These coordinates can be added to the image model and can get called in the view "cloudinary_image_tag" to crop the images (or not)
What do you think of that, mentioned as a feature
It looks like a very easy improvement (like the mongoid one :-) )

best regards
and thanks for your great "gem"
Hey @klangfeld and thanks for suggestion. I used Jcrop in past few projects. I'm not really sure that it should be integrated into attachinary because it is out of this gem scope. The only thing this gem does is management of uploads and associations, and I'd like to keep it simple.
Wiki page on how to integrate Jcrop and attachinary is perhaps a good idea. If you like to contribute by creating such tutorial, be my guest :)
The one thing you should ask yourself is: do I really need Jcrop? Cloudinary has an awesome "face detection" feature, so you're able to crop images with :face gravity. That would solve all your "avatar generation" issues.
Yes I need jCrop. I wanna provide, that my users can decide which part of image they wanna show on their profile. These images are large 16:9 styled ones... so....
Yes I will do that, but I dont know how.. "IF" I get it working I would provide it.
Would you provide an WIKI for the options of the gem like these ones:
disableWith: 'Uploading...'
filesClass: 'attachinary_files'
removeLabel: 'remove'
removeClass: ''
invalidFormatMessage: 'Invalid file format'
template: """
I've added these two on my todo list. Please note that options for attachinary js plugin are updated (obsolete ones are removed).
Where did you end up here?
Is this possible to generate image URL that upload to Cloudinary, and safe it to database, so we can reuse that image to another page / view?
