Handle new PATCH method

The PATCH method has changed since https://github.com/assemblee-virtuelle/semapps/pull/1080.

Since this method is not used by the frontend, we commented out the code.

The marketplace package is concerned, as well as the synchronizer. This one could handle a new Add/Remove > Relationship activity (see https://github.com/assemblee-virtuelle/semapps/issues/1084)
