Sometimes remote events are not cached

Sometimes, the activitypub.object.cacheRemote action is not called when receiving invitations (announces) to events (AnnouncerService)

This has been noticed when sending both an Accounce and an Offer > Announce.

The invitation email is corrently sent however.

Maybe due to some concurrency ?

When updating the event, the SynchronizerService correctly cache the remote object and this problem is fixed.

This bug happens even when there is only an Announce without many Offer > Announce.

It happens regularly when there are 100+ invitations at the same time.
