is this "permanent" in a sense

this worked on 14.6! but is it "permanent" in the following ways:

1. if I update to a new MacOS version, will the mdm lock return?
2. if I factory reset the computer, will the MDM lock return?
3. if the computer has apple care + with accident protection and I send it in for repair, will the mdm return afterwards?
